Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure the highest quality and food safety standards for our perishable traditional sweets and savories, we adhere to a strict No Return Policy.
Please read the following guidelines regarding damaged shipments and refund eligibility:
1. No Return Policy
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products (Pootharekulu, Laddus, and Savories), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This ensures that the food items consumed by our customers have never left a controlled environment.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives physically damaged or tampered with, you are eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: The issue must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of the delivery time.

Proof of Damage: You must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the damaged content.

Visual Evidence: High-quality photos of the damaged product and the shipping label must be attached.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is submitted and approved by our quality control team:

Original Payment Method: The refund will be automatically credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
How to Raise an Issue?
If you encounter a problem, please contact us immediately via our support email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and the required video/photo proof.
Note: Claims raised after the 24-hour window or without a clear unboxing video will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund
